Updates…
Well it’s been 2 weeks since my last update here… but for good reason!
The trip to the Dominican Republic was amazing — here are some photo highlights!
During the week, we worked to build a duplex for 2 families that didn’t have homes. One couple was in their 70’s and had never owned a home before, the other was a family of 6 (i think) whose husband/father works on the other side of the island for 2 weeks at a time.
On Friday we visited a beach and then went shopping in downtown Santo Domingo… the beach was great — look how beautiful — paradise!
We saw this gorgeous rainbow as we were headed back to our hotel
